Showed up quickly tech was polite and friendly. Was able to get sewer un-clog in short order… recommended some further services I declined because I was not there to inspect. We did the entire deal over the phone. This is a rental house and I was unable to get there due to a broken leg. One of my tenants let him in and he got Ur done….

There was one small hiccup when his company calls it comes in very odd number, and says mainland China, so I never answered, eventually blocked the call not knowing who it was. I never answer calls from mainland China. We got it straightened out and I unblocked it so I could pay but kind of weird.

Lance and Caleb did a great job in a timely manner. Both were very professional and assessed the situation before proceeding with the repair, succeeding in making the repair with minimal cutting into the wall and ceiling. Excellent job!!!

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. Jonny checked it out and pronounced our garbage disposal as dead then said he had a replacement in the truck and will replace it right now! The service was quick, competent and professional. Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of.
