I've used Michael Gisbran of BSJ Plumbing for about three years now. He is the ideal plumber: extremely experienced, highly skilled, superb communicator. I started with him after two experiences wherein BSJ sent him as a follow-up to solve difficult problems. He did brilliant work each time and I decided to use him exclusively. I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do.
