The initial meeting with the estimator was above par. The AC Installation crew were polite and professional. The electrician was nice and provided a lot of advice for going forward with my breaker panel. Plumber has to come tomorrow, the work is needed for the AC water drainage.Overall I'm happy and truly grateful for the men who worked on the project.

I had a particularly nasty grease clog that had rendered my kitchen sink and dishwasher useless for the better part of a month. After a different plumbing company came out to snake the line, it was determined that hydro-jetting was needed. Casey and Adam from State 48 arrived and used every tool in the toolbox to clear the blockage. They were professional, quick, clean and did a fantastic job. I'll be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Thanks for the great work guys.

Service tech was on time, courteous and efficient
I suggest that when installing any equipment that has a serial number (and model #) service tech should either record it (like on your novice)
so customer can easily record it for warranty purposes. In my install the garbage disposal serial number faced back of cabinet .. was very difficult to retrieve.

This is a family owned business with very professional & nice people. Arrived on time. Found the problem. Took time to explain what was to be done. Afterwards told me where I might be having more problems & what to do about it. Glad I had that info. They are more then fair on their prices. This is the first time I have called them & already gave their cards to friends & business. I think this is an outstanding business .
