My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody

If you try calling a plumber it seems like they either blow you off, overcharge, or schedule you out so far that you might as well not have called them.

I did not have that experience with Longhorn Plumbing. They answered the phone when I called and schedule to come out the next day. The day after I got the estimate, I got my new water heater.

We had a leaking toilet in the master bath. Tyler did a nice job fixing the problem and did a great job cleaning up after the repairs were completed.

Excellent work done by these professionals, and at a very reasonable price. We couldn't tell where the smell was coming from, but they went up on the roof and put a camera down into the.pipes. They were able to tell us that our water pipes had been replaced sometime in the 90's but would need to be cleared sometime down the road. When we do that we will definitely be calling this team because we know they'll get it done right and not overcharge us for it.

Plumber was able to make it earlier than expected. The clog was found and cleared within 10 minutes. During the time here, they were kind and informative with what the problem was and how to prevent future issues.

Updated on 1/4/21Todd came out today for a scheduled maintenance check on the heaters. Told me upfront what he would be doing for the checks, as well as time estimates for what he would be doing. Found an issue on our older unit and made the suggestion, which was replacing a part. When he was done, he showed me the old part, as well as the reading which alerted him to the problem. Once again, very satisfied with the professionalism and the work that they do.Updated review from 9/9/20We have used Arizona's Dukes of Air for a couple issues with our AC units, which are definitely showing their age. The have done a good job and fixing the issues but did let us know that they are probably on their last legs. They fixed an intermittent issue, or so we thought, as the issue popped up later that evening. We were having some guests coming to stay with us and we didn't want to take the chance the AC was going to continue to stop working intermittently. So we pulled the trigger on replacing one of our AC units. As usual, they explained the process, drew up a quote, which matched up with what they explained. They even put in a new fan motor as a temporary fix, since the install couldn't happen before our guests came to stay. The day of install, went as they explained it would. The crew was professional and went about doing their work. It took a little longer than expected but it wasn't a big deal. Unit is up and running and working like a charm. We will be calling them back once our second unit decides to quit on us.We recently moved to the area and purchased 2 smart thermostats. I installed one of them myself but the screen was dead. A handyman happened to be fixing something else, checked the voltage and the C wire didn't have much juice. I requested a quote from Dukes of Air, which I received back very quickly. They were clear in the process and pricing. Todd called when he was 20 minutes out, which we appreciated, as it gave us fair warning to put our hyper dogs out of the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the problem at the air handler, fixed it. He -re-installed the unit I had tried to install, got it ready for set up. While I was trying to get it set it up, quickly installed the second thermostat for us and got that ready for set up. He waited until they were both set up and running before he left. Todd was great. He was professional, cleaned up after himself and as mentioned, was kind enough to stick around until the thermostats were on-line and running. Would definitely call them again for any issues.
