On New Year's Day, my shower would not turn off and we were only able to partially shut off the water to the house. After trying tirelessly to fix the issue, we decided to call it and request someone from Angry Pipe Solutions to come by. I called and Greg was able to give me a quote and come out within 30 minutes of my call. He was courteous, honest about the quote, and fixed the problem in no time. On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !

Scott was great, he came in fixed one issue in one of our units and we decided to let him get the other issues done in our other unit as well. He was able to diagnose and fix all issues without any hesitations! Scott is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when it comes to all plumbing issues!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

What a _hitty and shady outfit!!Made a appointment 5 days in advance for them to come out and check on my hvac system because it isn’t cooling very well. I took the morning off from work sans pay because I was given an 8-10 block time for the tech to come and service the unit. I received multiple texts as the time approached and even a phone call the evening before to confirm the appointment. The call included a sales pitch of joining their biannual service check which I told them I’d consider but did decline at the time. So 10:30 comes around and not a peep. Called the their number and was told that because my A/C is currently working and “it’s hot out”, they’d like to reschedule the appointment for the fall. No apology offered by the rep.Me thinks it has a lot to do with the non commitment of their service program in the meantime I’m out the pay from work.Filing a complaint with the BBB.Buyer beware…

Terry is my go to plumber for a number of properties I own.
