If you ever need an outfit to assist with home 'water' components like RO systems, misting, water softeners, these are the guys to go with. Had an issue with an RO system that was installed 6-7 mo's ago, and with one call they were out the next day, prompt and on time, fixed the issue and got us back in business. Had a leak we couldn't find, dripping from our upstairs to our downstairs, right at the start of labor day weekend. The technician, Brett, arrived less than thirty minutes after we called. He ran every step he was taking by us, found and fixed the problem quickly, and even cleaned up some of the mess we made trying to find the problem ourselves. Brett was even understanding with our very territorial dog. Great work right when we needed it and it came in under $200. Absolute top recommendation.

Garrett, the plumber has excellent customer service skills. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what the cost will be. Keep me updated in how the repairs were going. When he was finished we walked through my house and reviewed everything that was done .

I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!
