***UPDATED Yet another outstanding service experience from BSJ. This time Aaron came out to look at our water heater. He even called the water heater manufacturer for us and ordered a replacement part. When we found the item was out of stock, BSJ found an in stock part somewhere else and then Fred came and installed it right away. We thought we were going to have to go without hot water for a long time, but thanks to BSJ, we did not and their pricing was extremely fair!!*** I will DEFINITELY use BSJ for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Neil was our plumber, and he was honest, fair, thorough, and kind. He was able to find a solution to a problem that another plumber was going to charge over 3 times the amount for, and did not have to jackhammer our floor, like the other plumber was going to do. We are very confident in the job he did and the integrity of this company. Not to mention the plumbers wear booties and a mask inside your home, making you feel even more safe and cared for.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

We had a foundation leak we were really scared Nicolas reassured us that everything would be OK and he took care of the problem took away our problem we are very very happy with the work Love this place

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

Our experience started 7/6/23 as all others, when you call the rep. on the phone was courteous and provided information I needed to make a decision. I needed someone to come out and service my Mothers A/C as it was not cooling as well as it did when Parker & Sons installed it about 3 yrs ago. I was told if I wanted it serviced, they could not come out until August. My mom is elderly and not in good health. The Rep. informed for $79.99, I could get someone out the next day. I agreed and someone was there the next day on 7/07/23. The tech was friendly and after inspecting her unit he gave a estimate of $350. to $700, because if it need freon that was $350 a pound. I agreed I thought because they installed her unit they had to service it. The Tech. rescheduled for 7/10/23 I made arrangements to leave work early so I could be at her home when the tech arrived. The tech could not make it as I was informed by a call from a customer service rep after waiting about 3 hours. She rescheduled for next day 7/11/23 again I made arrangements to take time off of work so I can be at her home as well as check to ensure it was safe for her to be in her home. The customer service rep assured me that the Tech would be there between 12-4, I called on Tuesday, at 3:30 to get an ETA. The customer rep. assured me that they would arrive shortly. I waited 2 hours before I called again to inquirer about the Tech I was giving the same information about them being on their way. This was pasted the 4 hour window as it stated in my follow up email at this point I was frustrated and demanded them to be here in ten minutes or I wanted them at 8am the next day. Yes another day in a home that was in the mid to upper 80s I did bring a room AC over after the first day as I was never offered this as a service. At least my mom had a cooler bedroom to sleep in. So once again I took a 4th day off, our window for 7/12/23 was 8- 10am. I am not sure what I was expecting but once again no one was at her home.Parker & sons do mirror their commercials, all make believe and comical. I did find a different company that was prompt, and was able to fix the AC issues that same day that we waited for P & S, too never to show up. I hope this information will help you make a decision to find a service provider that will be reasonable and prompt. Also it was less that $200 to get my mothers AC working and not the $700 we were expecting to pay.

So, I needed to get some bathroom faucets and a toilet installed, and after spending all day doing just one last time, I decided to hire an expert. I was driving home and saw a truck that said Hindsight Plumbing and a phone number. I called Mike, told him what I needed, and he gave me a great quote over the phone! Many plumbers will not do that, instead they want to visit to quote.
Anyway, he got me in right away, and all 6 faucets and the toilet were installed quickly and professionally. Mike really knows his stuff, he tackled my job with a fair price, and I plan on using him again!

Amazed at their response time and at the quality of service. We had the best tech named Isaac!! Will use Duke’s for all our HVAC & plumbing needs in the future.

State 48 installed our misting system on our back patio. Excellent workmanship, great customer service, and affordable. They were able to get us on the schedule and completed the job quickly. We will be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks State 48!!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!
