Wow so grateful my friend suggested this plumber. My husband was out of town and our toilet tank cracked and thus we needed a plumber pronto!!! I called Angry Pipe on a Saturday at 4:30pm and Brandon was able to get over in less than an hour and had a new toilet installed easy peasy! I love that kind of service. He was nice, quick, very responsibly priced and sweet to my two girls who kept wanting to know what he was doing :) PERFECT -Thanks!!!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately our experience w P&S was disappointing. I called to set up a service call for AC repair about 9:30AM. Was sold a service agreement off the bat before scheduling the call. The time frame for service call was set for 2-6. No one called or showed up after waiting all day in the heat. We called at 6:45ish to follow up and their excuse was it’s hot and our tech is busy and has to take a dinner break so our late night guys might show up later. They weren’t willing to remedy the appointment time by making calls and getting someone there and said we “can’t” do that. Selling me a service agreement in the first couple of sentences should have been my clue in the morning? Someone did call about 11:00pm that evening but by then I had already called another company and they were out in about an hour. The fact that P&S didn’t try to make it right and get someone there at 6:30 and only had excuses was disappointing. The attitude in the tone of the schedulers was less than helpful and condescending. I hate to write a bad review as I had great hopes to have our problem resolved but didn’t turn out positively. We also live out of the Phx area so I called P&S because of the commercials I see on TV about how great they are. Maybe for some they’re awesome but our experience was disappointing and I’ll stick w smaller local businesses referrals in the future.Edit: After submitting this review P&S made it right and worked it out to get there promptly the next morning and diagnosed the issue and put in a temporary fix w no charge.

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
