Quick response time for a Sunday emergency, priced reasonably and Brett, the plumber, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Would strongly not recommend..

State 48 moved some plumbing to expand a bathroom, they added plumbing for a washer/dryer and placed water lines for refrigerators. Casey and Adam did the work. They were great. They are very pleasant people to work with and good communicators. Both were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. After the majority of the job was complete a few things need to be tweaked which they came and did right away. I have already hired them to come back and install a tankless water heater and filtration system.

First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Extremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job done. Very polite and professional and just down home people. Eric did the job of replacing the hot water heater, very nice young man. The team was very efficient and job completed in a timely manner. I spoke with Tom to schedule the job, simple and easy!!

I called for an estimate and received a callback from Kirk the same day within a short amount of time. I needed to have a drain pipe connected to the pressure release valve on a water heater within a week. Once I received the quote, he was able to complete the work same day. Kirk did a great job, experienced and professional. I would call them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks for all your help and keep up the great work and excellent customer service.

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
