The technician was courteous, informative and even had a fix ready when the actual parts I needed weren’t available on his truck, and wouldn’t be available until that evening. Unfortunately, the overall cost of capacitor replacement was outrageous. Overall, the diagnosis was spot on but, honestly, $400 for a cap job? Come on…
