The owner sent Austin out to handle a root intrusion in our sewer line late on Saturday night. They came back out on Monday with cameras and were able to tell me exactly where it started. I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. Frank was very helpful and let me pick his brain , regarding not only our house, but a rental that we scheduled him to do. While changing out the filters on the water systems, he checked to be sure everything else was working properly in the house, as well as answered questions I had about a water softening system that was set up in the rental. He was prompt, and very efficient and I would definitely recommend him to friends to have their water water systems taken care of.
