BSJ were absolutely the best - from the first time I called to enquire about installing a water softener, to the technician visiting to give an estimate, and through to the actual work and installation. I do not normally write reviews, but BSJ Plumbing were that good their good work needs to be complimented. If ever I need plumbing work again, without doubt I will use BSJ.

Shane and Caleb were great. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and did a quality job. They fixed an old leaky spigot and replaced my water shutoff system that was old and rusted out.

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

I had a great experience with this company. My water heater died and the next morning they were able to replace it which was not easy--my water heater is not readily accessible. My technician, Trevor E., did an amazing job. He had to take down some shelves to access the water heater and he put them back up for me before he left. He also had to move my dryer but hooked it back up when he was finished. Everything is working great and I highly recommend this company and Trevor!

Nicholas and Kyle came out to do my gas pipe and assess the issue that was going on with my Water Spicket my water bill I noticed was going up so I just had a question and asked now and did he answer my question he assess the problem and I was very satisfied of the work these guys were awesome no more leaking water yay

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

Mitch and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! They replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. Two men on his crew identified the problem and started draining the old water heater. Meanwhile, Mitch and another member of his crew brought over a new water heater to install.
