Water heater stopped working Sunday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a technician the next day. Ron G showed up and inspected my water heater. After explaining the issue and giving me an estimate with the water heater. I decided to proceed with installing a new water heater. He explained step by step what he was doing and always making sure if I had question he’d be gladly answer them. He got the job done and made sure everything was nice and secure.
