Best Plumbing Help in Mesa AZ

I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. came out to the house to do inspection next day and seemed thorough and professional. have not yet had them do any work, but would recommend them thus far into the process. the woman I talked to on the phone, julie I believe, may be the most chipper and upbeat person I've ever spoken to.UPDATE.decided to go with Dukes of Air to reroute all our upstairs ducts. Very pleased with they're professionalism. Even came out a couple months later to adjust the airflow. Would and will recommend them.

I have two Trane AC units, and have had them both replaced by Air and Water Mechanical within the past few years and they did a great job on the install. They were well priced and both installs were flawless. I’ve also used them for annual check ups, and the few service issues I’ve had they’ve come through every time. I’ve dealt with several different service techs and they all been very good, professional and friendly. I’ve had Jake several times and he’s been outstanding.
