I recently moved back to the valley after being in Seattle for almost a decade. I spent my last three years there working as the only maintenance guy for a late 60's apartment complex of 104 units. With all the rain Seattle gets in the winter, how cheap the property owners were in getting good plumbers to come, and the fact that some of those buildings were old and had plumbing issues since they were basement level, I got used to plumbing quite a bit myself, and when things went beyond my scope I was lucky enough to see what bad plumbers are like and how much fun it is to work with them.

Now, I'm working as the only maintenance guy for a 45 year-old complex in west Mesa. We've had to call Kendall Plumbing a handful of times since I started out here, a couple of times after-hours. They have been really efficient in coming when I was told they would come. They always call when they're on their way. They always get the job done. I love when Kendall himself comes out because he is just really down-to-earth, nice, and a pleasure to work with. Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. Jonny checked it out and pronounced our garbage disposal as dead then said he had a replacement in the truck and will replace it right now! The service was quick, competent and professional. This review is for the most awesome Christian. He put my water heater. When it was discovered that it was a burst pipe that caused us to lose water, Christian was able to fit us in in between appointments. He stayed to make sure the hot water worked and that there was no more leakage. Christian is definitely the best thing about Summit Plumbing.
