A great experience! Brad came out to do a quote and was very transparent and informative. I felt like I was getting the best value for money. Of the quotes I got, they were in the middle but I feel like I received a top quality product and excellent service. Dustin did the install and was very prompt and also transparent with everything on the installation. I will absolutely use BSK again!

Gerry came out today and unclogged 2 drains. He was professional and took the time to educate me on the issues. The rate charged was quite competitive. I will definately use Rooter Hero for another job I need in a couple weeks. Two thumbs up.😀

I recently had my AC stop working at 8pm 6/26/23 I reached out to alot of different AC companies with big names I had seen on TV or Radio and were in the top searches on google. All of them couldnt tell me if they could have someone out to my house immediately or if I had to wait until the morning and all of them needed to take down ALL of my information first before giving any time frame. Since I have a 4 month old baby and needed the situation to be addressed asap this was a little annoying. I found 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing after scrolling past the top google searches and Scott answered his phone almost immediately. He was able to let me know the minimum cost up front and was able to get back intouch with me very quickly to tell me he could have a tech available and on the way within half an hour. Robert was my guy he should up and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily had the part needed to fix the issue on his truck. All said and done I only had my AC out for a couple hours total. I would definitely recommend them if you need things done fast and correctly and will keep them at the top of my list in the furture. Thanks guys!

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. Brett came to our home on May 12, 2023. He fixed a plugged toilet clog and reset our toilet back in place. Very good work .... and he cleaned up. Will recommend and use this service company again.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.
