Rooter Hero exceeded my expectations today. Ray B. was professional, courteous, respectful, and patient. When my drain did not unclog the first time he took another approach to get my drain unclogged. He did not leave until the drain was unclogged. In addition, Ray went above the call of duty and added a p trap to the drain to reduce future clogging issues at no additional charge. The customer service provided by Ray and his company were amazing. Rooter Hero will be my future choice in providing plumbing services. I will be recommending Rooter Hero and Ray to family and friends. Thank you, Ray.
