I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

I called this company based on the positive reviews posted on NextDoor, and they were great! The person I spoke to at the office was very friendly and capable, and helped me feel very confident in their ability to help me. They were able to send someone out the next morning (it wasn’t an emergency) and he arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window they’d given me.

Warren was also very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine how to resolve the broken pipe, and actually improved the set up so the shower is better overall, not just back to the way it was. The price was less than I was anticipating, too.

Altogether, I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and would recommend them to others.

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. I had a great experience with Lighthouse Plumbing. John was great and very knowledgeable. Yes, he can talk, but I think that's a great thing. He listened, explained, and offered solutions to my plumbing issues. The work was done quickly, the guys who came to my house were great, they cleaned up after themselves, and didn't leave until I was happy. I had a slight issue that they came back out and addressed right away - they didn't question anything and only wanted to make me happy. I have them saved in my phone and will call them exclusively when I have plumbing needs or issues in the future.
