Prices way high. Didn't work with them.

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Kirk went above and beyond in replacing my main water shutoff valve and the faucet above it, have used Davis plumbing before and will continue to use them. Great company and people that work there.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Jesse was wonderful, he arrived early to my house. I had him out for a flood under my kitchen sink. He was very honest about the cause of the flood and fixed it quickly. I had a drippy faucet in the bathroom that I had him look at. He said that he need to replace the faucets and a few other parts. He went to the store to get new faucets. Lighthouse installed my water softener several years ago. I live in Phoenix and our water has one of the highest mineral contents and hardest water in the country. The water softener is amazing. This weekend my water heater went out and I asked Lighthouse if they would install a tankless water heater. Their team did a commercial grade installation today and now I have endless hot water from a Rinnai Natural Gas tankless system. Lighthouse Plumbing is a top notch professional company. Travis and Julian were very professional,knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They showed up on time. They installed a complete A/C system and removed the old one in just one day. Anyone thinking of having this done, I suggest they get an estimate from PlumbSmart first. The price was very affordable and the value was excellent compared to the other four estimates we received. They are a very reputable company and have done several condominiums in our complex.
