My fiancé and I bought a flip and we discovered a problem with one of the toilets almost immediately. 911 was able to schedule us for service the following day and Brandon really went above and beyond to help us. After discovering the problem with the toilet, he reinstalled it and checked to see if our other toilet had the same problem—it did. He reinstalled that one and put in our garbage disposal. Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.
