Contacted Water Heaters Only when I had no hot water the morning of June 5, 2019. I was told a technician could arrive at my home within 2 hours and was provided a 3-hour window. Dillon was the technician who inspected my water heater. Dillon was pleasant, polite and explained in detail the issue with the old water heater. He provided an estimate for a new water heater as well as explain in detail the installation. Dillon had the new water heater installed within 2 hours and answered any questions I had during the process. Great customer service when I contacted the office to make the appointment as well as the technician. Thank you.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) My experience was 5 star right from beginning to end. It started with Gary, the man that did the free estimate. Gary was clean, friendly, knew his stuff and was able to schedule James, the man that did the great job. It was affordable (but plumbing is costly), but it was done right And it was a great job. I wanted it done right and they did it right. I highly recommend these guys.
