Best Main Drain in Mesa AZ

I needed the valve replaced in the wall for the ice maker line and Fred came to do the repair. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and went about the repair in a timely fashion and cleaned up the mess. He had to cut into the drywall but I don’t even need to have it fixed as it’s behind the refrigerator and looks as neat as can be. I highly recommend BSJ...they also replaced a water heater for me in the past.

Very impressed with Rooter Hero! They came out, and accommodated us when another wouldn't. The technician Isaac was amazing! Helpful, courteous and so amazing. He made sure to stay until we were happy with his work (which we were immediately) he got the job done, and for a great price! Save yourself the $99 dollar inspection. I have two air conditioners, two heat pumps. Turns out when my house was inspected “everything in working order”. Except the heat pump upstairs never worked. It never could have because the control panel chip was bypassed. Well hell, I could’ve looked out my window and declared the same thing. That’ll be $99 dollars, please.
I had Robert for both jobs. They must send him when they don’t like a certain address or something. Not very friendly or a people-person. When I brought this up to the home inspector, he said “Yeah I’ve worked with Robert a few times. He’s always like that.” Okay then.
I like to think of myself as a nice person, so not too sure what I did to deserve him as my service person both times. I said he mentioned during the inspection that there was some deal. He shows up and immediately says “no, I never said that. I would never say that.” Alrighty then. Then eventually says “oh yeah there is a deal with the cleaning air conditioner where you get a pound of frion for free.”
4 stars. He spent over 7 hours at my house and it was only 400 dollars. Worked incredibly hard and I would use them again, but I’d ask for “not Robert” next time.

Was so easy! I picked out the toilet and it was installed the next day in a few hours.

Plumbing Express provided great service repairing/installing a new secondary line for my kitchen sink. I live in an old home and the sink was backed up. To say it drained slow was an understatement. It wasn’t draining at all. They came in and got the job done and I never thought I would say it, but I am so happy that I can wash my dishes! I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Kirk went above and beyond in replacing my main water shutoff valve and the faucet above it, have used Davis plumbing before and will continue to use them. Great company and people that work there.

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.
