When my 92 year old father came to live with me I needed a new toilet fit for him to use. Jared did a wonderful job installing the toilet and special seat. He also explained the features of the special seat so I would be able to help my dad use it correctly. Great job at an affordable price.

I was lucky enough to find Lawson Family Plumbing and they have come to my rescue many times in the last 9 years. Every single person I have talked to or worked with has been great! Prompt, friendly, professional and honest. I also think it speaks volumes of a company that the same plumbers have been working there all these years, Daryl and Randall have always gone above and beyond to get the job done and I so appreciate it.

We have been a customer for the past year. Paul has helped us out several times with broken garbage disposal and broken shower. He is always were upfront and honest on pricing and what needs to be repaired right away versus in the near future.Today he and Trent went above and beyond. We needed a new setup for water to our new fridge. Lowe's delivery was supposed to install the new fridge and move out our old one, but instead they just dropped it off and said 'call a plumber' and left. Nothing was even put together on the new fridge.Not only did Paul and Trent hook up the water to the new fridge, they also installed the new fridge and set it all up for me! They installed the handles, shelves, everything! I really appreciate all their help. Definitely 5 star service!

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.
