We had to have our AC unit moved and they did a great job re-positioning it and getting the differential temperature split fixed. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Tammy who answers the phones was very professional everytime I spoke with her. And Roy deserves a raise, lol! Even though I did not need plumbing service, he was so knowledgeable on why I have leaking shower problems. And it wasn't even the pipes! I will definitely give you my business next time! This was several years earlier before the 3/23/22 appt.

UPDATE: 3/23/22 I was going to change to a 4 stars because of schedule mix up. But because Don the plumber made good on it on a late Friday afternoon, I will keep it at 5 stars due to Don. The owner told me he would give Don the option if he still wanted to do it that late on a Friday. Thank you Don for not making me have to reschedule. They were supposed to be there by 3pm. I called to confirm ETA, got voicemail. Owner called 1/2 hour later and said he didn't see me on the schedule, then found me at 4:30AM, huh? So Don who is great and did my bid and another guy came. By that time it was about 4:30pm and it was at least a 3 hr job. But with 2 guys it would quicker. Jared (I think that was his name) did the kitchen sink and left, then Don finished up in the bathroom. Had new kitchen faucet, some turn water turn off/on handles replaced, showerhead, toilet wax ring & flange and bidet installed. I was talking to Don about the mix up and he said he saw me on his schedule that day, but then said it was gone, so he just assumed my parts hadn't come and I cancelled. So curious how my appt got to 4:30am when Don actually saw it on his schedule? Don mostly & Jared are why I didn't change it to a 4. Thanks guys, great job.

I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price .
I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting.
I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : I'll probably won't charge you for that I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout.
Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on.
If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said no charge
How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill?
I feel that it was very deceptive in your part.

I'm an Executive Producer at 12 News, and I've heard and told the stories of bad plumbers and bad contractors. Because of this, I did some serious research when choosing a plumber. Joey from Holly Plumbing Solutions installed my RO system today. I’m so thankful to have clean tasting water and not to have to buy and lug water! Joey was so professional and completed work quickly and even vacuumed under my cabinets where I couldn’t reach . Price was exactly as quoted and so reasonable compared to other quotes. The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
