Roy came out and installed our new dishwasher for us. He was super fast, courteous, polite, and did not leave a mess from the install!

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

In search of new plumbing services, my mother referred me to GMR and boy was that a good referral! The first time I ever contacted them via text, they came out THAT night. They were able to fix my problem very quickly and even informed me that the previous plumber did not put in the right size piping under my sink. Fast forward to future needed services, the owner has been nothing but quick with responses and ALWAYS has been able and willing to come out to me THAT day or within 24 hours. I have never had an issue getting on their schedule quickly. Every plumber, including the owner, of GMR, have been extremely nice and informative in regards to my plumbing issues in my home. They are extremely affordable and are not like typical plumbing that charge an arm and a leg for services. They are very fair and will do what they can to work with you. They are all very well educated and you can tell they know what they are talking about/doing. You can tell that Jerry and his team are very proud of the work they do, as they should be..they sure do deliver on that! I have never felt like they were trying to give me a service I don't need just to higher the ticket price...the complete opposite actually! They have a great warranty as well and back up all of their work so you can feel secure! I am grateful to my mother for referring me to GMR as they are now my go to for plumbing! Extremely dependable and honest. Jorge exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having him in our home to workout some plumbing kinks. Our new Tankless Water Heater is awesome. He also replaced our bad PRV and installed a new kitchen faucet. So reasonable, honest, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with.

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

Good company to work for really cares about his employees.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!
