Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

I had a leaking shower valve that was unprofessionally installed by a handyman and was leaking into the first floor of our home. Needless to say… it a huge problem that needed to be fixed quickly. I left a voicemail for Gordon and he promptly called me back. He showed up on-time, did a great job explaining what the issue was and gave me a flat rate quote for the repair. It was more than I was expecting, but that’s ok— having the job done by a professional gave us the peace of mind we needed. Gordon did much of the plumbing assembly outside to avoid making a mess. After the work was done, he showed me the finished project and was also kind enough to alert me to some miscellaneous plumbing issues that he noted around the outside of our home, suggesting that we keep an eye on them. He was never pushy about moving forward with additional repairs, which I appreciated. He then went back to his truck to write up the invoice… and magically it was $137 more than our agreed upon “flat rate”! Needless to say, I was a bit surprised. I asked what the additional charge was for… initially he couldn’t remember, but then said it was for the new trim kit he got. I thought that was included in the quote since he said he would pick one up and install it? I asked how much the trim kit was, and he didn’t want to say. I then wondered if the job took him longer than he expected, and if so, what his hourly rate was? Well, he didn’t have one and explained that the flat rate model worked out better for the customer anyway (I agree!). Needless to say, he couldn’t articulate what the additional $137 was for. We eventually settled for the original quote he gave me, acting as if he was doing me a favor. Perhaps I’m not the demographic that Gordon typically caters to— particularly, a young new home buyer with an unexpected $1100 expense— but the whole pricing situation left me feeling a little off about my interactions with Gordon. It’s really a shame since he did such great work and we are tremendously grateful for his prompt response. I would absolutely call him again for future plumbing needs, but would first make sure that we have a better understanding of how his pricing works before moving forward.

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

This service call was to change out filters on our Reverse Osmosis water filtration system as well as troubleshoot the output of the system. As always, the person performing the service was professional as well as knowledgeable. The filters were changed out and the system output problem was determined and explained thoroughly. Unknown to us, such a system is 'powered' by a pressurized tank that lasts about 8-10 years before it needs to be replaced as 'normal maintenance'. As our home was built about 11 years ago, it was time. The service person needed to procure the replacement tank as well as (our choice) to change out the system faucet which was an inexpensive builders installation. Everything was done quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction. We have used PlumbSmart exclusively for our plumbing and a/c maintenance since discovering them many years ago. I would not go to anyone else, as I trust their work and have always been satisfied with the results at a fair and reasonable cost.

Jesse was very good explaining what he was going to do and why it needed to be done.He put 3/4” pressure reg in copper pipe - direct change out.Replace anode in water heater.Inspected and drained water heater and checked for safety and functionality. Had a new A/C and Furnace unit installed. The crew is punctual, professional and goes above and beyond to fix mistakes the original construction crew made to better cool our home. On top of that, Duke's goes the extra mile in getting rebates from SRP (crediting me up front). It's only been a day, but we can't wait to see our electric bill come down. I've had them come out twice now for my water heater and garbage disposal and they have been awesome. Super nice and explained everything they would be doing. They are at the top of my list for repairs.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
