Best Equipment Repair in Mesa AZ

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.

John Boden showed up on time, worked very quickly, and did his job very well and I would recommend him and his company to everyome I know.

Schroeder came out to my home. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and then to make matters worse they messed up the claim with my insurance company to the point that my insurance company denied the claim and would not fix the cause of the loss. They were SUPPOSED to come out to my home again to make another assessment of the problem. They were a NO SHOW five times! They didn’t even give the curtesy of a phone call to say that they were not going to show. When I called to find out when they were coming I was told all five times that they had another “emergency” call come up. Here we are more then a month and still they don’t have the honor to stand their word and my kitchen remains unfixed as well as the plumbing job that they said they would fix!!! Stay away from this company because they don’t deliver what they say they will. They don’t stand by their word nor are their smaller dollar jobs considered important enough for them to even show up to do the work they promised to do.This is still the state of my kitchen a month later. Gary Shaker(owner)is specifically who messed up my insurance claim! There is no HONOR IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HONOR IS KEEPING YOUR WORD AND STANDING BEHIND YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY DOES NEITHER!!!

We had a broken hot water heater and they came out quickly and helped me chose a new one and installed with improvements. They help me keep my house functioning and in good shape! They are very helpful and knowledgeable and their quality of work is wonderful.

I had my a/c replaced first, then my water heater, which was not working after Ray installed it but he came back and fixed it so my family and I can have hot water, he definitely made sure I was a happy customer and was efficient, friendly, and made sure he did his job correctly! THANK YOU RAY!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I just got off the phone asking for a quote - and the guy on the other end was extremely RUDE! He asked what brand of faucets I was replacing my 5 old faucets and 2 shower fixtures with - and when I told him Glacier Bay - he said, I don't even want the job. No explanation, no recommendation that I buy something else from Home Depot, no offer to work with me...just a curt, obnoxious tone that said you are too much trouble for me to deal with. Literally a 1 minute 30 second conversation. Unprofessional to the highest degree.

They were great, I wouldn't call anyone else!

This is by far the worst of the worst. If I could write a negative rating I would. This company needs to be shut down. Not only are the techs not trained they are so inconsistent with what goes on with their repair. They have been out to our home 8 times in the last 5 months and see about 10 different techs. Not one of them can fix the issue of the AC unit, coils freezing over. They will explain the work that they have done will fix the issue however when they leave the temps rise right back to where they were. The ONLY reason why they are being used is due to the warranty that is in place. We call to schedule another Service Call we have to re-explain the issue every time. Notes, notes, notes!! Either fold and go out of business or figure it out and train your techs!!
