Neil was on time, knew his stuff and did a good job. He explained the operation and draining of the new water heater and how the timer worked. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. As always his quote was well priced and accurate, and his work was friendly, timely, clean and excellent.

Came out, fixed the leak, and even made it better than before. Good work guys!

Wanted to follow up on my review from 5 years ago!! Had a leak from my water main to my house :(, luckily Greg came out replaced the line and did a fantastic job. He also did it without waking my 3 month old :) Love this company, and all the quality work they do.

Scott Epps was the inspector for the home purchase in process. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He was professional and is a proven asset to the company he represented. The report was also very punctual and comprehensive.

Water Pros is amazing!! I received there information from a friend as my father was needing his water heater replaced. Mitch was extremely responsive and came out immediately after contacting him to check out the situation. He was very upfront and honest with our options and costs and came out again the following day to install the new water heater. Ryan, who is the owner of Evolution Plumbing and Listing is outstanding. Although I thought I was going to have to wait a week for an appointment, he had a cancellation and he was able to come over and fix the pipe leak right away. Ryan was professional, explained the problem, showed me the bad parts after he finished, and was reasonably priced. I am thankful.

Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). Fair prices, they did not try and sell me something I did not need and were honest about any work needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

This guy is a straight shooter and he is knowledgable! Thanks chris, had no clue what to do about this water coming up in my front yard. I literally had a fountain coming up out of the dirt. I live in mesa, 25 minutes after my call he pulled up in this van that was wrapped with pink and black.
He got to work right away, pricing was fine with me and had me fixed in a couple hours. I mean he had a shovel in his truck and him and someone else that was with him got to work that second!! Awesome work guys. Water was back on a little after 3 hours! Hey guys... thanks for the magnet, i will call you when i need you again. My buddy Vin Referred me!
