Scott Epps and his team worked above and beyond expectations on needed plumbing help. Justin cleared a clogged kitchen drain. Scott did sewer camera surveillance that I requested, and cleared pipes as needed. He also repaired a broken pipe outdoors that I mentioned. Both Scott and Justin were professional, respectful, honest, and great with answering my questions. This was my first call, and Janette was professional and kind. She set up an appointment for the next day. Follow up with texts and e-mail has been prompt and clear. I will contact this company for future needs .

I have used Water Pros several times, at my offices, my rental properties and my personal home, and time after time they have gone above and beyond expectations. Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

My water heater went out. I called them and within 15 min, they were at my house to evaluate the issue. We replaced the water heater with them. Their prices are very competitive, not to mention they swapped in the new water heater within hours of the initial call. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Also Eric did a fantastic job replacing it. Was super knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner, but also taking the time to install correctly.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
Time to find a new plumber

Not that it is usually a great thing to NEED a plumber, but when you do, and you know you are going to get quality service given by a professional that truly knows his stuff, then it's a great thing to have someone like Scott in your back pocket for just those occasions!!! Chris is solid. We had a huge plumbing problem with a leaky faucet that we tried to fix ourselves without no results in Mesa. We reached out to another local plumbing company who couldn't fix it so we gave Pink Plumbing a call. They were on the job, and fixed it within the hour. It was an issue that they said is not seen on a regular basis.

These guys did what they promised in a timely and professional manner! The pricing was far less than the other's quotes! They have our business from now on! We highly recommend them

Customer service at this company has gone down hill lately. Every time I make an appointment they either reschedule or are late. Real shame because service was their calling card for years.Update!I spoke with a supervisor named Alva who was more than helpful. She prioritized me for 2 weeks and provided me a complementary maintenance plan.
