Best Commercial Emergency Service in Mesa AZ

Michael Gisbran of BSJ Plumbing replaced the stem in a faucet handle yesterday - he did a good job and was very professional. I was also very impressed that the BSJ office called to let me know his previous appointment was taking longer than expected, so I wasn't left wondering if he would show up. A very customer focused, professional firm. GREAT JOB!

Gregg was on the road when I called him. He came to my house within the hour after my call. He was honest and took care of the problem I had with my water heater. He owns his own business and will take good care of anyone’s needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G&G Brothers!

I called them at 11:45pm about a toilet leak. Matt came out the next day within the time slot and did a fantastic job! He diagnosed our issue and fixed everything. Very happy with their service and their system that notified me when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend!

You can trust that they will not charge you for unnecessary repairs. I have been ripped off by other companies who know that I don’t understand the work that is being done. Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). Fair prices, they did not try and sell me something I did not need and were honest about any work needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

We had major plumbing backed up. Mr Kendall was out of state on vacation n called other Plummers for us n they were here in Mesa in 3 hours. Provided great service n told us to credit Kendall plumbing. So Thank you Mr Kendall for prompt n courteous service.

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
Time to find a new plumber

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

Shower installation was a stress-free experience. Their expertise is evident in the final result...

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!
