I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

My family has used Davis Plumbing and Drain Service for several years. Whenever we have a plumbing problem, they come out promptly. I love that it is a family owned business and are always satisfied with their work.

I had a different plumbing company give an estimate for $6900 to replace a section of my main drain pipe because they couldn't clear the blockage. Their estimate didn't include repairing all the concrete they were going to demo which was going to put me out an additional $3000-4,000. Schroeder plumbing came recommended by a friend who heard about my $10k+ plumbing estimate. The guys from Schroeder were professional, and they were able to clear the blockage in short order with a hydro jet which was so much better than tearing up all my concrete to replace the drain line. Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

Save yourself stress and heartache by NOT hiring this company to do any work for you. We hired them to install a water filtration system and run gas lines into our home. After assurance work was complete, and multiple requests for payment by Tom, we paid them in full. What a terrible mistake on our part. We have multiple leaks in the gas lines throughout the house, to the point brand new cabinets will have to be removed and cut through to correct the leak to our cooktop. Damage was done to the ceiling when running gas lines which has not been paid for, along with other damage to our property. No one will return a phone call or text message and I regret ever hiring this company to do the work at my new home.

I recently moved into my new house and set up a plumber who was supposed to come out and look at my pipes. He never showed up and it took me several days to figure out what happened. I found The Green Plumber AZ and gave them a call. They were able to solve the problem in just a few hours! We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way
