He explained our options and next steps that would be recommended. The repair was completed in under 4 hours and we were back up and running. We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
