I was very satisfied with my experience with Dukes of Air. The call to set up the appointment was quick and easy, and they scheduled a technician to come within a couple of days and gave a 2-hour window. Justin (the technician) was actually available earlier than the window they gave, and he was quick and efficient with what he did once he arrived. He fixed the issue I had called about and other things that were interfering with the system's performance - not in a way where he was looking for something else to charge us for, but in a way where he just noticed another problem I hadn't even thought to mention that made the AC not cool like it should and fixed it right away. So I got the initial service I called about (clogged condensation line), had a part replaced (capacitor on the condenser), had the refrigerant refilled, all for a very reasonable price. I felt safe with Justin (both in the sense that he was really nice and not creepy, and that he used a mask and booties to protect us during Covid times). He never tried to convince me to purchase parts or services we didn't need, and he talked with us through the process as he fixed things in a helpful and non-condescending way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I have used Minuteman twice in the past few months for different issues and have found them to be very reliable. Once was for an emergency situation and the other was for maintenance. I would recommend to anyone.

GREAT custumer service very knowledgable and personable technicians. Vrry fast. Did everything they could to solve problems before leaving and cleaned up nice after themselves. Coming back to finish up in day cause it was too late to start digging but made sure they got us on books right away. Great company to work with

I have done buisness with Isleys in the past and we always get great customer service. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They do super clean work as in this job I just had done was redoing the copper for the water main shutoff in the front of my home, replacing the pressure regulator, main supply shutoff valve and 2 hose bib replacements. Isaac the technician did clean work and kept me posted before and after the job was complete as I was working that day.
I will defenitely continue to do buisness with Isleys. Thank you!!

They were very responsive to my issue . They were very efficient with their communications. Responded quickly to my issue. The serviceman Jr. Was very knowledgeable and explained my options. They had the water heater on their service truck. Offered to install immediately and I said yes. The job was very professional and done in a very good job. Being a former developer and builder I was very impressed . I was kept informed by Jr and the main office. Job well down. These are you people. The name certainly fits the aero. GoldStar!!!!

These guys are such crooks. The plumber wanted to charge me $140 a hour just to diagnose the issue when the the problem was just a closed valve. The crook charged me $100 to open a valve. Definitely do not recommend.
