Best A/C Units in Mesa AZ

We called PlumbSmart out an estimate because our AC needed to be replaced. The sales guy was knowledgeable and recommended a great system at a fair price. It turned out it wasn't actually available so the install got pushed back and we kept getting an answer every week of maybe next week, so that was a little frustrating. They were nice and brought out a portable unit which did help cool the living room, but was a huge hassle. When the unit finally arrived, Eric the installer was prompt, prepared, and did a fantastic job. He helped me set up the new thermostat and explained how this system would differ from the old one. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Though I started to get real upset getting strung along each week after awhile, I'll chalk that up to distribution issues and I'd use them again.

This company is truly excellent, with a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Their customer service is exceptional, and they completed all the work within the expected timeframe. They even went above and beyond by providing an additional service to help me save money. I highly recommend them.

A+, superb and stellar service! Our A/C went out around 1 AM last night. In a panic, I began researching companies to use and saw the excellent reviews for AZ Dukes of Air, which was also recommended by our local realtor. I sent a text at 7:30 AM to check on a service time. We received a super fast and friendly reply and we were set-up with a SAME DAY apt between 3-5. I couldn't believe our luck, same day service! Oh, no, my friend, not only same-day service, our technician Tom, called and was able to arrive early. Like, really early!Tom was so nice and easy to work with, we felt comfortable right away. He jumped up in our attic and quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired and replaced the necessary parts, which were available on his truck, and had us back up and running in less than an hour! By 1:30 PM he was gone with his magic bag of tricks and our house was back in the cool zone! The repair was quick, painless and completely affordable. We learned a lot about our AC unit and feel we have a trusted partner in AZ Dukes of Air and Tom to take care of us and keep us cool in the AZ summer. We cannot thank you enough. Fantastic service!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Plumbing and A/C Medic came to my home this week to perform two jobs. I had just moved in to my new home and I knew work had to be done The first was to replace my gas hot water heater which believe it or not was 31 years old. I heard lot about tankless hot water heaters and they hooked me up with a 98 % efficient tankless hot water heater. I also knew that my water lines were galvanized and almost 60 years old so I had them repipe my home as well. Jerry went above and beyond what was asked of him and stayed on the job until it was done which was late into the night. I highly recommend Plumbing and A/. Medic and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

Right Now Plumbing did great work. Stephen did not try to sale me more than needed. He gave me options and gave me the pros and cons and allowed me to decide with very little pressure. Prices were reasonable. I’ve referred this plumbing company to friends and family.

Update: the call center manager call and apologized for the confusion. Brandon came out, and he's awesome. He was able to determine that a new capacitor was necessary. Now the house is cooling.

I'm disappointed that I've had these problems with a new AC unit, and I'm disappointed that it took so long to get a tech out here, but the tech was amazing. I'm happy to have a house that's cooling down.

My AC unit was installed in October, and it’s broken today, the hottest day of the year. It’s 90+ degrees in my house. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have them come out. 1st time was in November, and they hadn’t install it correctly, so the heat didn’t work. Next time was because the AC said “cooling,” but no cool air came out, and the compressor wasn’t running. By the time the tech came out it had started working on its own, and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. This happened again twice. Finally, today, it happened again, but it hasn’t started back up. I called the Chas Roberts help line, and they said that they’d send out someone between 7 & midnight. It’s one thing to wait all day when the temps are reasonable, but at this point, it’s becoming a health issue.
