My experience with this business was exceptional. They arrived in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was sold the HVACs Wednesday evening and they were installed bright and early Friday morning. They were able to install two HVAC systems in one day during daylight savings. That was mind blowing to me. Haiden, I believe that is who he was, literally went step by step helping me learn my new thermostat system. He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will definitely use this company again. I didn’t feel like they were trying to con me into buying a new system. They were very honest and relatable. Thank you guys for being so professional and going a great job!! Keep up the good work!!

Very pleasant tech called ahead, arrived on time, was considerate about wearing appropriate footwear, and fixed problem. My only disappointment was the $85 diagnostic fee Donald in office told me would apply to any work done was not honored. I brought that up twice to tech, but he would not acknowledge. He partially applied amount and threw in a bottle of drain declogger; however, I would have liked the remaining $35 of the diagnostic fee to be applied to the total, as I was told on the phone. I know EVERYTHING is expensive today, but I do not like being quoted a price and then having the tech surprised by that. It was easy to make an appointment with this group and they were prompt, so if time is imperative, I would give them a call. They followed up re the misunderstanding and took care of the error. I shall probably call them again, as I thought they were professional, were pleasant and easy to get an appointment with, AND my drain remains unclogged! Changing my rating to 5 stars!

This company fixed my problem extremely fast, excellent service. Their 24 hour plumbing service is a life saver. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Our main sewer line backed up... We called several plumbing companies and Tankersley Plumbing called back and had someone at our house in less than an hour. Bret was very professional and did a great job! He had the line clear within an hour and the price was very reasonable.

I know this place is a good efficient and competent place the workers are well and diciplinated it's a good working place and know that Nikko is wrong this place is not racist it's well mannered and not racist I went here and all kinds of ethnicities working together African Americans, Hispanics, and Caucasians

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.
