This was our first time using this company for a project this size, and they were absolutely amazing! Stephen was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem. Henry is by far the best handyman I have ever worked with, and the most dependable tradesman I've met: whereas many handymen I've worked with in the past have done no-shows or disappeared midway through a project, Henry is always on time and ultra reliable. His main strength, however, is his devotion to quality: he is a perfectionist, which is a wonderful trait in a handyman, and it results in beautiful results. He is the only handyman I would work with in the Memphis area.

The crew that came out,was very professional and the price was reasonable. They did. An awesome job and they clean up behind themselves.

It’s a rarity to have the person who answers the phone be so friendly and knowledgeable these days.
She called me back in less than 5 minutes from me leaving a message, qualified my needs, and booked an appointment same day. When they had a cancellation, the tech called and asked if I’d like to move my appointment 2 hours sooner, which worked out perfectly. The techs arrived 5 minutes early and after completion off the job, they took the time to explain preventive maintenance to eliminate the problem from reoccurring. Perfect experience. I Highly recommend this company.

great group of people, will get the job done for a fair price

They came out to fix my toilet some time in February 2022. I called last week and told them my toilet still was not completely flushing correctly. Technician came back today and rebuilt the toilet which he should have done in February, but they charged me for another service call. I was happy to pay for parts but not services I’ve already paid for. Will never use them again.
