I contacted Smith's Plumbing Service in April of this year to help my 87 year old mother with some plumbing issues she was experiencing. Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

My a/c would not come on so called Conway as my normal service was unavailable due to customer back logs, Conway sent a tech, he was unable to fix the problem, sent another the next day same result, sent another 3rd day got uni t started and charge $250 for trouble shooting and service call, unit stopped after about 20 minutes after he left, 4th day another tech serviced unit 5 lbs of 410A refrigerant at $371.00@ and reported leak in evaporator coil and quoted a replacement cost. Of 2,134 if warranty is in effect if not warranteed $4,269 and would only refund $150 of the previous $250 charge for totally nothing accomplished. Called my normal service provider for second opinion on leak, he found no leakage at evaporator coil but did find leak at servicing Schrader valve, he replaced the Schrader and added approximately 1/2 lbs of 401A and charged $98.00 for service call, refrigerant & repair, I leave it to the public to decide but in my opinion Conway Services are the very last on my list to call for anything in the future.
