Best Gas Leaks in Memphis TN

Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

Price went from $700 to $500 to $390 to $350 and all they did was snake a drain with a tool that cost $300 lol I paid it because I realized I got taken and it was my own fault for listening. (Job time 5 minutes but, explained about 2 hours of work)

We urgently need to do water leak repair that day because we have no other source of water that we used for our daily use, so we called this company. We're so pleased with their promptness. After an hour calling them, their people arrived at the same hour. I highly recommend this company.

We just bought a house in Hernando that Action Plumbing charged the Realtor for fixing and taking apart 2 sinks, they lied, it wasnt' done and now not even 30 days in at a new home we have water damage and hoses that were never changed. We called this company since the realtor provided the paid invoice, they were told the water is still leaking and now we are 3 days out and still no one is here, we were told the OWNER took the paperwork and would be here, doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't show up and charges for work not done. I guess small claims maybe the next step. SHAME on this company

I have to say the customer service was good, however the performance was not satisfactory. They did the plumbing at our new house and Just about a couple of months ago I noticed hot water in my toilet. My mlgw bill appreciated that one! I didn’t think this was normal. Come to find out they hooked up my hot water line to my half bathroom toilet on first floor. You would this this would be caught during inspections. They fixed it which I am grateful for after cutting huge holes in the walls and took another 2 weeks to fix that too. However this shouldn’t be happening in newly built homes that are 500k. Accountability is necessary. Will be contacting the plumber that was supposed to be signing off on the inspections to let him/her know how great of a job they did.
