While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I was in a pinch on a Sunday morning and called 3 drain cleaning companies. They all said they were 24/7 companies but couldn't come out til Monday but Roto-Rooter called me back and said they could come out Sunday morning by 11am.

Product availability was awesome and the prices were very good.

I paid over $1000 for a repair. The fee for coming the first tine to quote was $79. The actual return trip to do the repair lasted 21 minutes and was $950 in addition to the $79. I had asked for my April Air filters to be checked as well as the Freon level in both units. The technician told my grandson he checked the Freon and though it really wasn’t needed, he added Freon to one of the units. Being here only 21 minutes I was shocked he could replace a fan motor, check the filters and Freon in 2 units and add Freon to one! I called and ask the company to have him call me. He did not. I called the 2nd day and ask to speak with someone in management. Have never heard from them. It seems they would appreciate their customers enough to return a phone call. I asked twice yet never got a call back.July 2021

A few weeks ago, all the toilets in my house were backing up. I phoned my home warranty company and notified them of the issue. When the plumber arrived he didn't even walk in the house and assess the situation, he just stepped into the backyard looked around and told my babysitter that it was a septic tank issue and that it was going to cost a small fortune to fix. When she phoned me I told her the septic tank was no longer even active!! We were now on city sewer. The plumber came back out looked at the cleanout next to the house, told the sitter it was going to cost a minimum of $500.00 just to get the right equipment there to clean out the sewer lines. At this point, I was completely frustrated. Fortunately, I phoned Tankersley Plumbing. They made it out to my house that afternoon, unclogged my sewer lines and left my house looking the same as it did before they got there. I was thrilled. Mr. Tankersley is now in the process of a bathroom remodel for me. So far, it looks great! I highly recommend Tankersley Plumbing, no matter what the job.

The person that came out did a fantastic job, he also explained a few things to me that I did not know about. I really appreciate him doing that and he also found the problem in no time at all and had it fixed in a timely manner.

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.
