I super hesitant about calling but I'm glad I did. Very nice people. Joe was awesome and seemed as if he truly love his job and truly cared about our current situation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! Great job with A+ service

Handyman services saved me almost $200! They went out of their way to get me through a problem with my mower over the phone. And they don't even work on MOWERS. These guys are the real deal when it come to reliability and integrity. Much respect y'all!

I was disappointed this time. I was told when I called that someone would be out the next day between 8-12. Never showed up. They had 1st set up appt. On a day that I had no power, so they moved appointment out about a week and told me if power came back on just to and would move up appt. Well power came on about 3 days later. I called back and that’s when I was told they could have someone out between8-12. No one showed up so I called and they said they were backed up and they would have someone to call and have someone let me know how long it would take to get someone out. It was going into the second week and still no contact. Someone could have had the Courtesy to call and explain and give me a timeframe.but everyone I talked with would tell me they would connect me to dispatch so they could call me, but never got a call.

I was very pleased with best care home service there technician was very professional and on time on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the technician a 9 and the office personnel a 9 thank you so much.
