He called in advance to let me know he was in route and then again when he arrived.I told him the problem we were having, which the sink filling up when the washing machine drained and when I filled it up to wash dishes, the water would just stand.He looked at the situation and immediately went to work at what he thought the problem was. In about an hour he called me back in to the Kitchen and showed me the problem was resolved. He said he ran it through several tests after he was done (including washing machine) and there were no problems.My daughter had recommended Smith after they had repair plumbing issues at two separate homes she had previously rented and gave them high marks!I TOTALLY agree with her. Best call I could have made. THANK YOU!

While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably!
