While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. I was quoted a price to come to my house to analyze the problem and provide an estimate. I was specific in what test I needed to have performed (shower pan leak test) before they came out. After they performed the analysis, I was told it would cost significantly (350%) more than I was quoted on the phone and they did exactly the test I had requested and nothing more. I was then informed the original quote was just to drive to my house. I was told the extra cost was for the test that I had already said I wanted performed when I set the appointment. I would have absolutely shopped this around if I knew the quoted price $$ was just the beginning as I know I could have had it done for much less (it was a standard 20 minute test that any plumber can do). Beware - be very specific on what you agreeing to pay and what work is included. Very misleading.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

Roto Rooter saved us from purchasing a home we were going to put an offer on with thousands of dollars of needed sewer/water line work. Kelly was our guy and he has so very helpful, spending hours on the phone with us to answer all our questions. He even took the time to speak with my dad, who is an insurance claims adjuster, and who helped us make the decision to walk away from the house. We finally found the home we eventually bought and Kelly was the man we called for the inspection!
