Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

I had an appointment with this company for 2 weeks, took of work for the appointment, and they did not show up for the appointment or call me at all for that matter. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming to my house anymore due to their increase of emergency calls.

Explanation:
I Had an appointment for January 5th at 3 PM. I called early in the morning of January 5th at 830 am to ask them to call me when they were on the way they said ok.
Flash forward -
To 3:00 pm appointment time.- plumber is a no show there is no call.
At 5:00 pm I get my husband to call to inquire what is happening. They answered and stated they had multiple emergency calls come in and they would have to reschedule.

They would have been great to know earlier in the day. I waited around for this company, took half a day off work and they could not even call me after they did not show up to reschedule or tell me they were canceling?

DO NOT hire them for electrical work you have aluminum wIring. I took the wall plates off to straighten them because when they installed them they left them crooked and not flush with the wall and I discovered they had pigtailed the Aluminum wires to copper using twisters that weren't rated for Aluminum ( aluminum to copper ones are always purple these were red).

Also, I thought that all outlets in bathrooms had to be GFCI but they installed one that wasn't.
I don't have time to check up behind people I hire to make sure they are doing stuff up to code.
At least I found this issue before it burned my house down.

It is a shame too because it is hard to find electrians and other contractors that are as quick to respond as these guys.

This company installed the plumbing to my brand new home on last year. A year later, the water meter pipe has cracked. I chose to call another plumbing company to repair the pipe. The plumber informed me that the company who installed my plumbing did not properly mend the pipes which resulted in the cracking. He even showed the pipe that was not mended well at all. I called Albert Cook Plumbing to discuss that their faulty work cost me. The person who I discussed this had a nasty, overly sarcastic attitude and blamed time. No one else in that subdivision who had a brand new home has had their water meter pipes crack in a year's time.

Great company and quality work! Highly recommend in this area!
