A/C stopped working and needed it fixed ASAP. Courtavius Coleman, one of their service technicians, came and diagnosed the problem rapidly. He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly. He really saved us from the heat!

Seeing as this was the 1-year inspection of both A/C units, I was expecting a more-or-less 'cursory' inspection. Was I wrong! Charlie C. took several hours inspecting both units, disassembling a large portion of each unit, in order to complete a VERY comprehensive inspection of each unit. This also included testing various components of the electrical system, testing for proper voltages, capacitance, load testing, etc. VERY thorough. Charlie also took the time to explain everything he was doing, and why he was doing it. He also made several suggestions, based on my needs.

In summary, I was very pleased with Charlie's work, and with Mitch Wright in general, and recommend them without reservation.
