The most legit plumbing & HVAC company in Memphis. Office staff is very responsive and their technicians REALLY know plumbing & HVAC. They work as a team and really get the job done. I own an apartment complex in Memphis, and they fixed a huge problem with my sewage drain line that was caused by another plumbing company. They have all the equipment to tackle any plumbing or HVAC issue. The same can't be said about other companies.

Summary: They came out in a timely manner and got our AC working again. They need to manage their employees better, and their prices are outrageous.We called them at 2am (because their hours say 24/7) after trouble shooting our unit on our own. We were pretty sure we just needed a new capacitor, but weren’t 100% sure so we had someone come out to look at it. Alex got here after 9am and was very nice and replaced the capacitor no problem and got our AC working again. We are very thankful and appreciative of that. It took Alex about 5 minutes to fix and I know that part can range anywhere from $10-$50. I also know that it is a Sunday and they have a business to run but $428 seemed outrageous to me. Also they said I could have a free quote on replacement of the unit so I accepted that and they also sent someone out same day. I feel so bad that they sent Willie out here to give us a quote when a phone call would have been just fine. They had Willie leave church to come give us a quote … I feel that Sunday house calls should be for emergencies only and there was no need for Willie to leave his family on a Sunday to give us something as minute as a quote.

Charged me almost $200 to come and tell me something I already knew. The driver didn’t have parts he needed and couldn’t do anything. Ridiculous.

Replying to the response - If you knew what the issue was to begin with, and you knew the parts store was closed because it’s a Saturday, why send someone out?

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
