We called very late night on a Sunday because we had a clog in our main line sewer. Considering Lyle had 2-3 appointments ahead of us, he still showed up within a reasonable amount of time. Not only was it late, it was also pouring down rain. Despite both of these factors, Lyle showed up joking and with a smile on his face. He got everything handled incredibly quickly and carried on wonderful conversation with my husband and I. As well, I didn't pay a dime over the estimate he had already given us. I will like to take a moment to say Thank You to Best Care Home Services, You guys were Awesome!!! Best Care installed a new furnace in my home and I was told to be available from 8am-5pm due to it could possibly be an all day job because of the location of the old furnace in my home. However, two very professional, nice, and knowledgeable young men came in and took care of the business. They did not gripe about the tight area that they were going to be working in, they just did the job very diligently with a smile on their faces and they showed excellent teamwork skills. My sink was backing up in the middle of the night and I had to scoop buckets of water out of it for about 40 minutes to an hour before it finally stopped rising. My property manager called a few people, and Kevin from National Economy ended up showing up at 1:40am to help me out. He was more pleasant than anyone should be at that hour and was completely professional, time efficient, great at communicating, and wonderful to work with. He fixed my sink so I could sleep in peace without worrying it would overflow into the kitchen. I highly recommend him and National Economy. I'll definitely be giving them a call if I have issues in the future.
