They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. Our sewer line was blocked and backing up into our basement shower and toilet on a Saturday night around 10pm. I had tried 3 other “24/7 emergency plumbers” without a single call back. After calling Mark’s after hour service, Sam called me back very quickly! He was to our house within just over an hour and resolved our issue that night. We were very impressed by the timely resolution to our issue, and were thrilled to be able to sleep soundly knowing everything had been cleared from our line. I would absolutely recommend calling Mark’s for any plumbing concern, especially if you’re looking for true 24/7 emergency service!

We hired Cardinal for a tune up and to replace our air filter since we just bought our home last summer and wanted to start an annual tune up.The technician that came ultimately told us that they wouldn’t finish the tune up because our heat exchanger was broken and that it was unsafe for our furnace to be turned on. The technician tells us that we can contact our home warranty to get it fixed or replaced. Cardinal charged us full price for the tune up (even though they didn’t finish), filter and diagnostics (even though they didn’t run any numbers and they said a visual diagnostics was what they perform). We were concerned about the furnace so we contacted our warranty company right away and they sent out another company. Said company comes within the next hour and tells us our heat exchanger is working perfectly fine and is not broken. They run diagnostics and show us the numbers that explain that our furnace is safe to be on. We also get charged for the second company’s service which basically was to tell us nothing was wrong. The only reason I’m giving Cardinal a 2-star instead of 1 is because Cardinal agreed to refund a part of the tune up fee since they did not finish.

They really do make you feel comfortable knowing you’re in good hands with them. No pressure sales and accurate details of the service done. David Hess was professional and explained every detail. If there was something that needed fixing, he was honest and up front with all the options available. We are thankful for the quality of service.

Ok folks! Plumbers are expensive. No getting around it. You youngsters out there who don't mind getting their hands dirty should consider this as a career choice. But anyway, theses guys are good! Ken and Luke arrived on time and got right at it. They replaced 2 outdoor spigot's quickly and put in the newer no freeze type. This is a 70's house and all the plumbing is a bit sketchy. I had another plumber do a majority of the work when I renovated this house and he wasn't as good. I'll hire these guys next time I need a plumber!

We had a drain that was blocked. We called them and they were here within an hour. They fixed the problem really quickly and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a back up in our basement, we had to have the basement cleaned and the line cleared. Once the work was finished we didn't want to have it happen again. DR. ROOTER, was and here the following day and ran a camera up the line told us as long we had the line taken care of once a year we should have no problem. He was very friendly and courteous, and arrived on time. I would recommend this plumbing company, and plan on using their service again for other plumbing projects.
