Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

I have had Triggs out twice now & both times it's been fantastic. The first time Lance came out and had to work on our garbage disposal drainage. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made other recommendations to make things run more smoothly which we ended up doing.

The most recent issue was that our water heater was old & had issues with the pilot light coming on. The man who came on site was courteous & very knowledgeable. He explained what to expect from a water heater that old & got it working with the least amount of cost & even took a bit of time to take a look at the lines going to the bathrooms since we weren't sure that they had soft water to them (which they didn't). I will definitely be calling them when we need to replace the water heater & any other plumbing needs because of the honesty that we have been shown while they were here.

Can't recommend Uselman Plumbing enough. Prompt, professional, fair, and honest- we had help with piping and called them for a second job he even took the time to call and make sure it was something he could help us with instead of making a trip out of here and charging for it. Really appreciate Make and Uselman Plumbing.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Jeff Havey did an excellent job replacing my water softener. He was responsive, on time, amenable to suggestions, and did an excellent job installing the new system in a cramped space.

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

Used Roto-Rooter, out of McFarland, services yesterday (3-7-22). Complete main line blockage. Ryan was service tech that became our hero for the day! I can not say enough about Ryan and his friendly yet professional service and knowledge(!!) of unclogging our septic system. Thumbs up to Tera (who helped schedule services) and Ryan at Roto-Rooter! We are flushing again!

I got a quote from Home Advisor the company said it would be $150 to $200. The guy that came out originally said 7/21 at 5pm then canceled after 5pm. So the next day he came out fixed the clog and charged me $262. I was already not please but hey, my sink worked. Now 8/12 and I go to reorganize under my sink and everything is wet and the cabinet is ruined on the bottom since the sink has been leaking every time since 7/22. I call late at night 8/12 and he tells me he will call me the next day by 10am. Well it is 2:30 and he is not answering any calls. I will have to now repair my sink as well as replace the cabinet due to poor and expensive work.
