Best Needs Plumbing Repair in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Scott is an awesome technician. He called before arriving today to confirm the type, my name, and home address to install a new Bradford White water heater. He came before the scheduled time (no problem w/ me), was prompt, professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. I enjoyed meeting him. His brief service and installation work was top notch. These guys do a very nice job, they are very professional and good at answering any questions, and they have by far the best prices of the various companies I called. They also went above and beyond replacing my water softener by flushing out the hot water heater for no extra charge. I would highly recommend their services to friends, family, and strangers!
