Best Leaking Water Heater in Madison WI

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Awoke to a leaking water heater this morning. There was a sticker in it that Oasen had installed it in 2006. I talked to them at 8:30am and new water heater was installed and they were gone by 10am! Definitely recommend

Couldn't have been happier with our newly unclogged sink- if I could have given 6 stars I would have. We previously hired HJ Pertzborn for plumbing work, and they were always great, but this was the first time we used them for drain maintenance.

We had purchased a drum auger to try and handle the clog ourselves, but were unsuccessful after multiple attempts. At one point the auger line wouldn't budge, it was just completely stuck at one spot.

Jesus was our technician. He was on time, very friendly, professional, and took time to double-check all his work and clean up after everything was done. All in all the job took just about an hour. I highly recommend!

Our residential remodel contractor hired this company to work on our project. These plumbers were terrible. One spent most of the time talking on the phone or complaining to us about our project details and his workload. He forgot to seal a stack that carries raw sewage through our garage. The second professional on our job told us the fixtures we picked out would not work with the counter top, so we had to show him the product instructions explaining exactly how this could be done. The second plumber also failed to seal a sink faucet, creating a leak into our cabinets and requiring yet another visit to correct the mistake. I would not use E-Z Plumbing again.
